VISION
Tariro Foundation believes there will emerge from South Africa a group of passionate female individuals who are determined to fulfil their role as empowered and responsible change-agents. These individuals will be community driven, and will be spurred to actively making a contribution and change to the African continent through their world-class education, selfless deeds and empathetic characters.

To bridge the gap between high-potential young girls and existing educational, entrepreneurial and self-development programmes through structured partnerships.

Academic Excellence
Academic excellence is the foremost area of focus and priority for the foundation. With sufficient academic support, mentoring, additional resources and hard work from each Tariro girl, we hope to produce young women of the highest academic calibre.
Personal development
As a young woman one’s personal wellness is an important aspect of self development and forms an integral part of your identify. The foundation believes that each young girl should be exposed to the best opportunities from a young age as she develops her identity as a young African woman and the way in which she perceives herself and the world in turn perceives her.
Entrepreneurship
Being exposed to the importance and relevance of entrepreneurship and developing an entrepreneurial mindset amongst each on of the girls from a young age are important opportunities and qualities. The foundation hopes to expose each girl to exciting and relevant opportunities from a young age in a meaningful and practical manner.
